Little Flirt - Sauvignon Blanc
An expressive, fruit-forward wine with vibrant aromas of gooseberry, white pear and blackcurrant, complemented by layers of kiwi, crisp Golden Delicious apple and a subtle hint of fresh lime. The palate is lively and beautifully balanced, echoing these fresh fruit flavours while revealing delicate notes of indigenous Elgin fynbos and a gentle saline minerality. A refined texture and bright natural acidity showcase the purity of Elgin's fruit, leading to a layered finish with impressive length and elegance. While thoroughly enjoyable in its youth, this wine has the structure and pedigree to develop further complexity with careful cellaring.

Highlander - Cabernet Franc
The Highlander Cabernet Franc displays a deep garnet core with vibrant ruby edges. The nose is rich and inviting, offering aromas of dark summer berries, ripe strawberries, wild bramble and delicate floral notes of violet.
On the palate, vibrant fruit is complemented by savoury dried herbs, cracked red pepper and subtle, well-integrated oak.
Fine tannins provide structure and texture, while the signature savoury character, synonymous with Paul Wallace Family Wines, adds depth, balance and exceptional drinkability.

Crackerjack - Red Blend
With its vibrant ruby hue, Crackerjack immediately catches the eye and invites the first sip. The bouquet is bursting with aromas of red and black currants, ripe raspberries and a subtle hint of sun-dried tomato, creating an enticing and complex nose.
Merlot takes the lead, delivering generous layers of fresh red and dark berry fruit, beautifully complemented by a touch of cracked black pepper. Rich, velvety and wonderfully expressive, this wine offers the indulgent character of Black Forest gâteau in a glass.
Opulent yet elegant, Crackerjack is a beautifully balanced blend where each varietal contributes to a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts.
